I shouldn’t have to prove to 2 different people a sale price on Mark’s Work Warehouse website . Then they try to still get out of giving me the discount by claiming it is on their scan tool . Last visit to Shark’s work scamhouse for me. Been a customer for 30+ years

I bought a pair of Dunlops Field Pro Thermoplus boots here. These boots are supposed to offer warranty. They are too tight on the ankles and that's a common complaint amongst people who purchase them. I contacted Dunlop and they told me that due to their contract I'd have to deal directly with Mark's but after explaining it to Marks, I was told they would only accept returns if the boots looked new. How can a pair of rubber boots look new after you wear them in the oil and gas industry for even a couple of days?My advice: don't buy dunloops and don't shop at Mark's.

Before the black Friday sale; there was post online of reduced price but in-store was not available. And in-store sale price label was not followed in the cashier price which was confusing and disappointing.
