RIP OFF ARTISTS AND THIEVES???
Charged me more than $320 to weld on a single muffler. 1.2 hours, plus extra for an unnecessary piece of pipe, plus extra for bending/fitting the exhaust pipe, plus extra for welding, plus extra for a hanger that wouldnt be needed if he'd used the hanger that was part of the catalytic converter he was supposed to install, plus extra for so called shop supplies.
I should have gone someplace else. Didn't even complete the job... I asked them to reinstall a stock muffler and catalytic converter that had been removed and the guy only installed the muffler claiming the catalytic converter wasn't for the car despite it having Honda stamped on it and it absolutely being one of the stock mufflers that were removed. SEE PHOTOS!
All the guy had to do was to look it up.
To make things worse, they kept the catalytic converter I had brought in instead of returning it to me. Must be some money in it. That's just plain thievery.
Looks like this isn't the first time they've taken catalytic converters from people... SEE PHOTOS
The guy spent more time looking for his tools than doing the actual work. So tired of people trying to gouge customers for extras.
Next thing you know, they'll be charging you for putting your car up on the lift or electricity used. You'd think that a place with $170 hourly shop rate would do better for its customers.
This place will only stick it to you when the final bill comes.
Incompetent, dishonest, expensive, and happy to charge you extra any way they can.
The woman working the front desk was also less than friendly, leaving me with the feeling that I was interrupting her day. She seemed more interested in making herself coffee and going outside every five minutes to smoke her vape. That said she did get friendlier after a while but she really has to do something about her first impressions with customers.
My recommendation is to go someplace else. This place will only leave you frustrated and feeling ripped off.
Oh, and did I mention that the mechanic bent and scratched up the stainless steel exhaust tip when he grounded his welder to it. Just careless.

Horrible behaviour from the lady at the desk with red hair. She treated me terribly and she was acting very disrespectful towards me. The day before I came and I spoke to a old gentleman and he was the sweetest person. Due to the way she was talking I didn’t want to drop my car off for service. I hope this gets the right attention and you deal with that lady.

STEER CLEAR! My car warranty rep chose this shop for work that needed to be done. Had to take it back 3 times before they recognized the repair. Ended up being the sway bars and bushings. A few weeks later I felt the shaking again, took it back there because I thought it was the same issue but ended up being a balancing issue which should have been done after installing new bushings and sway bars. The receptionist (which is nice) called and said it was that and would call when it's done. Ended up getting a call at 4pm saying they kept driving it around to hear for a noise when at 12pm I was told it was just balancing. No idea what happened with the communication there. Pick up the car and pay for the balancing. Then a week later feel the shaking again. Took it to OK tire and it was not balanced. The balancing was way off and to top it off two types of weights were used. 2 clip ons and 2 stick ons. Will never go back to this shop. Waste of time and waste of money.

Took my car here for alternator work, took them three weeks to fix my car, alternator worked for less than 2 months, and stopped workingwhen I took it to get fixed properly, they had installed it wrong, and it zapped my starter too,Absolutely DO NOT take a vehicle here,I regret ever stepping a foot in the place,If you are looking for overpriced shoddy work, then these are your guys!!!!
