    Went into the Popeyes on Franklin Ave, i haven't used preworkout in probably 7 years or more nor a decent protein. When i went in i was greeted with kindness, and good healthy knowledge about what is new in the world of supplements and when i asked my question i got the answers i needed. Muchly appreciated.
