Wish I could remember the name, but the women working today was very professional. Put me on the foot scanner and helped me pick out a perfect fitting boot and insole.
I appreciated the effort.

Had a great experience today, very professional as well as friendly advice, I was fitted and shown my “footprint” , was guided as to what would be comfortable and help fit. And assisted with the boot I had chosen. I’ll be back for sure.

I bought a pair of work boots 4 months ago. I really enjoy the boots. Unfortunately the leather in the inside of the boots started to come apart. I brought them back to the store. The ladies at the store took at look at the boots, said it was obviously a manufacturing defect and gave me a new pair of boots. They were very apologetic, and provided fantastic service. Very easy to keep shopping at a place that takes care of their customers.

Amazing customer service. Woman helped me get new pair of boots and get my old pair looking as good as they could after year of torment on site. Highly recommend the store, and this girl in particular. Never got name but 04/29/2024 20:00. That associate was hands down the best I’ve had so far.

Would give zero stars if possible. Bought a new pair of shoes on a shutdown, they raved about the warranty if there was any problems. Within a month the boots started falling apart, brought them back and the store claimed it was normal wear and tear and refused to honour the warranty. The *best* they could do was CHARGE me for them to put a toe cap on them. Never again. Highly recommend buying shoes elsewhere.

Best boot buying experience I’ve ever had. The amount of boot knowledge blows the doors off anywhere else I’ve been and the staff was so helpful and pleasant.The quality of the boots is top shelf, these will last you years with a bit of care which they also do FOR FREE. They clean your boots for free and replace laces. Very happy customer.

Absolutely horrible experience!! Bought a brand new pair of boots about a month ago with the toe caps put on same day I bought them they last 2 weeks then paid to them repaired because they don’t warranty anything apparently!! And 3 days later the new caps fell off and she said nothing they can do about it

Great service, just brought some boots for warranty. Got a brand new pair, no questions asked. Red wings have a year warranty. All they need is your phone number. Super impressedGot properly sized for some leather slip ons. Got a new pair that fit perfect. They really took the time. For me to try on three different sizes. For two different models, very impressed. Got both new boots coated on the toes.Love my new steel toe slip ons, the black ones are the most comfortable boots I’ve ever owned. The new leather brown ones look great. Thanks
