To whom it may concern,My name s Mr and I am writing to file a complaint regarding a pharmacy service that I received today.On May 29 , 2023 , three prescriptions were dropped off at 1530 hours at the pharmacy desk for a family of three and a male pharmacist stated that medication will be ready in 30 minutes.Upon retutning to the pharmacist counter at 1610 hours , we noticed that the male pharmacist made a fatal flaw by mixing children AHS account with an adult one.As a result of that , the prescribed medications are wrong as well.In my humble opinion , if a pharmacist is unsure of patients' information , he should have clarified with us right at the spot instead of assuming information as having consumed wrong medications can be fatal especially to young children.Furthermore, we were being overcharged with the medication despite the fact that we presented our Bluecross insurance info. during registration.At the end of the day , we hope there will be remedial training for that male staff member as we are being deterred by this unprofessional service that we received today.

Why on earth would the pharmacy close at 6pm every day? Like, oh you have a job, well no meds for you. Ridiculous.

Quite possibly the best pharmacists in town. The level of education they have their knowledge of the prescriptions are the best I’ve ever had explained. Love love love these guys .

I would have left no star if I could have still gotten this on here for people to see. STAY CLEAR of this pharmacy. They are awful, they were the absolute best pharmacy ever until they expanded and hired more people. It took me 5 days and 2 calls from my doctors office for them to give me my ADHD and anxiety medication. They have my prescription so I couldn’t take it somewhere else, then just chose to continuously not release it to me even with my doctor telling them I needed it now.

This is the Very best Pharmacy I've been too! The friendly staff and easygoing nature of everyone who works there is excellent! The top pharmacist,Doa, is very caring and wants the best for her customers, as with the other Pharmacist that work there and I cannot say enough about Pharmacy Technician,Janelle Burke, her dedication and attention to detail is second to none, she ensures her customer's prescriptions are ready ahead of time, and she makes sure the customers know everything they need to know about their medications! Safeway Pharmacy has great Pharmacist and a great staff, they're the best, bar none!
