On dec 22 around 8 pm I Went in for something else but they offered me a better phone plan than the one I had with no activation fees, everything done quickly and professionally. Forgot to ask the name but good job. They also had better prices than Walmart on electronics.

I enjoy working on creative projects . Often times I get them printed, laminated, binded or assembled at this location. The staff are all great but someone that stands out and is always ready to help me and is very patient and knowledgeable is Roman. No matter how big or how small my project is, I am always happy when I show up and she is on shift! Thank you so much for your expertise !

I had a great experience at Staples when I went to buy a new Tablet. The staff were super helpful, knowledgeable, and patient with all my questions. They explained the features clearly and made sure I chose the right model for my needs without any pressure.
The checkout process was quick and smooth, and they even helped me with setting up some basics before I left. The store was clean, organized, and easy to navigate, which made the whole experience stress-free.
I’m really happy with my purchase and the service I received.

I went there .was seeking some help for printing papers . Ask staff several times nobody listen or came to assist. Very rude and unprofessional staff . Better to tell people not asking for help if they are not willing to do . I really don't understand why staff work there if they are not happy with there job.

Was only here to replace a laptop charger but ended up having my phone plugged in and unlock by and sale representative who was insisting he could lower my phone bill. Despite my saying that I don’t need a new phone. Twice After logging into my Fido account and showing him my very low last phone bill, he finally relented. But not after confirming with his associate that my phone bill was in fact what I said it was. Ease up guys.

Cashier should be changed as they are really rude to the customers. What exactly happened was I wanted to buy a headphone of $79.99 and had 2 gift card in which one card had $0(cashier checked and told) so I just wanted to confirm from the cashier which card has $0 she rudely replied that I can’t remember that and threw the card. That was really disrespectful towards a customer if she is checking on the spot and she doesn’t remember she could have said nicely there was no sense of being rude. If I could give 0 star would have definitely given.

Not much stock on the shelfs.
Update went there again today, same issue no stock on the shelves. Was looking for a USB-C to USB-C 65W 1M long cable. They had nothing, only a 10 ft long 25w cable.
People go to staples because they need the item now, not to go there and order the party in. Mind as well use Amazon if I need to do that.

I was purchasing an item that was coming up at a higher than advertised price. The cashier wanted to help me but the manager said to me "this item is coming up at X price and that's the price we will sell this to you for". Um okay! Love the store and other staff but because of that manager I will never be back!
