I walked in completely oblivious to what I needed, I had a picture of bolts for my son’s loft bed and desk that we lost in our move, and that’s it. The gentleman who served me was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He got me everything I needed and was very kind about my lack of knowledge. Will be there to find all my future projects fasteners and blot supplies for sure. 10/10 recommend stopping by.

Update - bolt supply has rectified my issue and after reaching out to me with reasoning I now understand what went wrong and I'm confident they are working to resolve this from happening in the future.
Never go here for took warranty. They provide great service when you are buying from them, but when taking anything in for warranty, they will not update you on the status. Oct 21, 2024 - called to check on the warranty for Milwaukee pack out; they said no problem, bring it in, and we will reach out to our rep, and they should have an answer by Oct 24. Oct 28, 2024 - called as I have not heard from them. I was informed they are still waiting to hear back from their rep. Understandable they may have been on vacation. Nov 4, 2024 - called again as I haven't heard from them. Same updates. I'm waiting to hear back from the rep; I've now decided that I no longer am accepting this as an answer, so I go to pick up my toolbox box, and they give me the Milwaukee rep business card and tell me I might have better luck. I called the Milwaukee rep and left a voicemail. Within 2 hrs I received a call back. The Milwaukee rep then informed me they had already confirmed the warranty and sent Bolt Supply a shipping bill to ship my broken pack out to Milwaukee so they could ship me a new one on Oct 24. Bolt Supply did not seem to care about the situation and sounded annoyed when I would call for an update.

Beware. No price tags on shelf. Dont be convinced you're saving money because it's under a company account. Went out of my way to spend 3 grand here on tools outfitting a service truck to realize afterward that i would've saved money had i bought them elsewhere. Was told i was getting company discount. Needless to say, I won't be spending money here again.Home hardware in town has an impressive selection of milwaukee tools and other leading brands, and their price tags are posted on the shelf. 100% transparency. They seem to always have sales on tools. And they are open later; no need to rush around during business hours. They are my new go-to in Fort Mcmurray. ??
