“I discovered this beautiful store today, only a 15-minute walk from me. The young ladies informed me that Life Force is a 38-year, family-run business. I was pleasantly surprised to see that it is filled with some truly incredible finds.

What makes it even more special for me is that it holds nearly everything I had to travel all across Nova Scotia to find while exploring the province. Here, all of those items exist together in one small building, just minutes from my door.

They carry essential oils, sage and other herbs, plant-based natural healing remedies, stunning geodes in all sizes, especially massive statement pieces ranging anywhere from 1 to 3 feet in length.

They also offer beautiful home décor you both would and wouldn't expect to see in a place like this, essential oil diffusers, natural exfoliating soaps, incense, candles, crystals and gemstones, herbal teas, tinctures, salves, balms, spiritual tools, meditation items, wellness products, and unique gift pieces you do not see everywhere else. Not to mention the unique statues from all over the world.

And somehow, tucked inside this space, is the largest aquarium I have ever seen in any remotely similar store. But the size of the aquarium isn’t whats most fascinating. It's hiw they've filled it with life. Its the perfect ratio. Everything is in just the right place, and the range of life is something you cpuld get lost in while just looking at. It is beautifully decorated and filled with life in a way that is genuinely impressive and unexpectedly calming.

The list of healthy and truly magnificent items you can buy to elevate your self-care to a whole new level is so extensive that I cannot even come close to doing it justice. If you visit this peaceful place, keep your eyes peeled, and make sure you look around thoroughly before leaving.

Last but certainly not least, I understand that some people may have had less than ideal experiences here. That said, this place is not nearly as bad as it has sometimes made out to be. It's quite the opposite, rather. The employees are genuinely helpful, kind, and respectful. You may be approached and asked if you need assistance, and when that happens, a little kindness goes a long way.

There’s no need for anyone to overanalyze a simple interaction or make it more difficult than it has to be. If you’re having a bad day, don’t take it out on this business. Live your life, and don’t leave lasting negativity on good people who are acting with good intentions. We are all human here, and our words and actions have a lasting impact. Use them wisely.”
