Nice location in Downtown Fort. My kid really likes the Big Bite and Slurpee. If you have the app, then you can skip the line and order online. The store is rather clean and orderly. This is one of the best convenience store chains around. The Nachos and Cheese are a good deal for $4 with all the fixings.

Rude staff, bad skip orders 3 times and they’ve lied to me about not having things in stock. I’ve gotten gross overcooked food, been given the wrong items on a skip order and overall had bad experience with staff when I have brought issues up. I don’t understand how this place has good reviews. I’d give it DECENT reviews at the minimum but I don’t think they deserve that here. In store there’s been trash in the same place for literal weeks. I’ve worked at a different (larger) 7-11 before and had made sure to keep the store clean 24/7 so it is possible to do. Overall I’d give it a 1.5 if possible simply cause of the decent people that work here but its the consistency of the poor quality that irks me. Go here in person, do not order and do not call, or just go to another 7-11.
