We have been dealing with Crystal Glass Fort Saskatchewan for years, but this is the first time I've left a review. We have always had very good service. The ladies in the front office are amazing, as are the techs in the back. This time, we had a windshield replaced, but when it was calibrated it didn't work. Lee kept us informed of what was happening, and that they would be replacing the windshield with a different one that would take the calibration. Everything was done through our insurance, so all we had to worry about was the deductible. One of our windshield wipers didn't work, and they replaced. It marked the windshield, so we went back. Ty replaced it without question. As always, our experience was fantastic. Keep up the great work and customer service 👍

I want to comment on the excellent service received at Crystal Glass Fort Saskatchewan. They repaired two stone chips for me. I was very impressed by the ladies in the office and the tech who did the work, so I was happy to complete a customer satisfaction survey. I was horrified to discover, after the fact, that I had inadvertently given them a low score for value of service for money spent. Nothing could be farther from the truth. I felt that the cost was more than reasonable. I just want everyone, including the manager, to know that the people there do a terrific job. Definitely a 5 star operation.

I had my windshield replaced at this location. Because of the heat recently my windshield sensor cover melted off my windshield. As a result of this I noticed that the clips that are on either side of the cover were snapped off which would have broke off when they took it off to replace my windshield. It was glued back on with an adhesive of some sort or double sided tape. They never informed me of the damage they had done to the cover. Extremely dissapointed in this. Now I have to replace that

2nd experience: couldn't get the glass (rear hardtop) and quoted a windshield instead. They did have comments below their terms and conditions upon review, but when I asked to confirm if this was correct I got sassed "as per below...". Wouldn't have reduced the review if the whole thing was a simple "we can't get these anymore".
Absolutely fantastic work done by this shop. They were able to get me in same day, I dropped the car off early, and they actually called me back earlier than expected because they were able to squeeze it in sooner. Everyone was so friendly, service was great, and the work looks amazing. I can also attest that this is not a shop that will hose people on pricing as they did not ask for my car model until AFTER I got the quote for the chip fills.
Highly recommend coming here for any glass needs.

Wow. To begin, you come in and feel like you have known these folks forever. As busy as they are, they are incredibly friendly and professional. The workmanship is outstanding, and they will take the time to explain anything you need. I honestly couldn't recommend them enough. Also , thank you for all the help!!
