Brought my vehicle here for a second opinion after another place client fix my vehicle (same issues after paying them hundreds to fix. The guys at Good Guys spent the time to listen to my concerns and properly find the issue and then let me drive it for a few days to make sure it wad resolved before settling my invoice. They don’t do all “mechanic work” they pick and choose which they would “prefer” to work on, do not accept out sourced parts to install in their shop. Very poor client/customer communication skills.

Been coming here for a few years now. They’ve been very honest with what I need done on my vehicles. I’ve made appointments for them to replace brakes and shocks and they’ve called me to cancel the work because it wasn’t necessary. No issues with staff or booking appointments.
