So I had a slow leak in a rear tire, brought it to kal tire to get fixed, after 3 tries they told me chev truck rims can have bead seal issues and I needed to get the rim fixed or buy a new one. $375 later I bring the new rim in, they change the rubber over and it still leaks. Take it to integra tire tell them the story and they laugh at the chev rim part, take the tire off and find a 3 1/2 inch nail deadcenter of the tread. Over $500 spent at Kal Tire and they couldn't find a nail in the tire that another shop found in minutes. This is what to expect at kal tire Fort Saskatchewan, would not recommend

Purchased new tires for my car and I informed the person who booked me in for my appointment that one on my tire pressure sensors was not registering properly and throwing an error code, and I wanted it fixed while I got my tires changed. Told the person who checked my truck in the same thing. First thing that I noticed when I got into my truck was the error code was still there. When I went to talk to the front end people about it, they said they took all the sensors out. And I could book another appointment for the following week. I live a bit of a distance away, so that was a major inconvenience for something that I mentioned I wanted fixed in the first place. Now I will be out a bunch of money and time to get this figured out. More than a bit annoyed. Can't complain about the actual tires

Just called for a front brake pad change..Will only sell Package!! Over 500 . Hmm well...it's a 1 hour job your forcing people to pay for things they don't need ..upselling is not honest.. just pads..do not cost 500 $$ as a consumer. Got it done at home for $80.?....i never blame the person at the desk they are always pleasant..its the business approach model that tends to make a possible cusomer look elsewhere..?

I can’t recommend this kal tire enough and it is largely due to their staff for a couple of different reasons. 1) Josh (the manager) learned my name, and his customer service is 10/10. He’s courteous, kind, swift and diligent and I appreciate it. 2) the journeyman mechanic is patient and helpful. I want to understand the issues with my vehicles and how I can try to prevent them and he’s always taken the time to show me and explain it. As a women in a mechanics shop that is often not the case, so I greatly appreciate it. 3) any mistakes (cause mistakes happen everywhere) have always been corrected as quickly as possible.
This is my favourite shop in Fort Sask. Thanks for the great work you guys do!

I stopped there with my F350 dually with a slide in truck camper in the back because my tires felt soft. The lady at the front desk was so friendly and helpful, it was like running into an old friend. She got one of the techs to come out and check all 6 tires. I had many questions as a new owner of a dually with a camper on it, this young man was so knowledgable of his trade with no hesitations in answering all my questions. When ready for tires I might just go back (I don’t live in the at area).
Thanks again guys. ??

I ended up having to get my truck towed because of a flat tire and I did not have the special socket to replace my tire so they switch my flat tire to my spare, gave me a socket so that next time i don’t run it this problem. The best part of it is that they did not charge me a nickel! All they asked me is to leave it positive review on Google. Great team thank you again. Nice to see that there is still business with small community value in big cities.

New staff real pushy to sell new tires. Prices sure have gone up. Refused to fix a tire that other shop patched.
See video I made of where the hole is before it was patched elsewhere
They might as well delete my information in the computer as I will NEVER be back for ANY of my vehicles

Apparently, I had been driving on a flat tire for 24 hours before I noticed it.. UGH. This tire shop was closest to me and they were were very helpful and super friendly. They were very informative and kept me up-to-date on my vehicle. They warned me that I may have a hefty bill due to my driving on it for so long... it is not their fault, totally mine. But I appreciated their frankness and openness about everything, including costs. I would recommend them again. My wait wasn't too long and they had coffee and water available. Also, washrooms there were very well kept and clean.

I had an unexpected flat that wasn’t repairable, luckily it happened close to the shop so I was able to drive to the shop before it went completely flat. I was immediately greeted by a friendly and helpful staff. He checked my other tires and advised that with the wear on my other three tires, it wouldn’t be recommended to just change the one tire, which I agreed with after looking over the other tires with him. The best option was to either change out both rear tires or all four tires, and since they were getting to the end of their tread life anyways I opted to change out all four tires. They were fully booked that day, so I gave him my keys anticipating to get my truck back the next day although I had a flight to catch early the next morning. Knowing this, and to my surprise, within a couple hours I received a call telling me that they were able to squeeze me in and got all four tires changed so I’d have my truck back the same day and avoid having to find other transportation to the airport the following day. I really appreciate the customer service and going out of their way to get my truck done so quickly. It made my day. I didn’t ask for them to try to squeeze it in either, they did it on their own which was amazing. Thank you to the staff for making that happen. Will always come back to this location.
