i tried to return a work winter boots at the Marks at 123 st and 137 ave Edmonton but the customer service agent named Sonia wasn’t really respectful and didn’t even want to listen what i had to say. I wore the boots one day and i felt uncomfortable. i cleaned but she said it wasn’t clean and stuck onto that point.

Last time I got my order, it was so dirty—covered in pet hair. I called the store, and the Filipina with eyeglasses told me to come back and they would change it. I drove 45 minutes, and when I got there, she told me they were out of stock and would order me a new pair from another city. Now I’ve received the new pair, and it’s the same exact shoes—still dirty, with the same boxes I remember. What a disgusting customer service experience.And she charged me for another shipping fee!!!

Went in today..hardly any pricing signs on anything!..No sales... disappointed.

Marks carries great products but this location specifically is very unorganized and cluttered. It looks like a bomb went off in there. Clothes laying on the ground all over the place. Under staffed and mis managed.

Everything was great until I went to the back and there was no out of order sign The sign on the bathroom said ask attendant for key. I went up to the front and the attendant refused to give me the key because I didn’t purchase anything. I had stuff in my hand that I was gonna purchase, but he still refuse me service for no reason I put my stuff on and I walked out. I don’t recommend coming to this place. You might have to use the washroom and go through the same thing I did.
