Google told me the store had some stock, went in and I was immediately approached by a gentleman and asked if he could help me. I told him what I was looking for and uh, even though it's not winter season, he searched until he found what I wanted, his service was actually outstanding. “Went shopping at Marks in Ft. Saskatchewan on Monday Nov. 18 in the evening. My husband was looking for some welding boots for work. There was a very pleasant lady named Val who helped us out. She was GREAT!!!!! Even upsold us some heat socks and insoles. She was so nice that we wanted to buy from her. 10/10 customer service. Your establishment is very lucky to have her as your employee.
