“I just recently purchased a I phone 17e from Staples on 50st.
The young gentleman that helped me was Jacob Ibrahim
His knowledge of the product I was interested in was outstanding and his level of customer service was unmatched.
The level of customer satisfaction he went to is rare this day and age and met & exceeded all customer service expectations when his store did not have stock on the I phone I wanted at the price match I had presented.
I commend Jacob and his manger for the level of customer service they provided and will recommend this location always.”
