I have been using this store since it opened and have never had a problem. I wish they would carry larger packages of cat food.. anyways the pet wash area they added is top notch. Miss you super friendly black kitty.

The store sold me a defective product and when I tried to return the product they said that it was a final sale item and that I would have to take it up with the manufacturer. I understand having items as final sale, but a $100+ item that breaks upon first use should be treated as a defective product and the store should have made it right. The manufacturer is not responding to my emails and I am writing this post to hopefully put pressure on the store otherwise I will be disputing the credit card charges with my bank.

It's a good facility to wash your dog, the only complaint, if you have a larger senior dog, the tubs are higher up and deep.
Despite the fee increase, it's still a good dollar for the service.

Went here to wash my two huskies.
The wash bays were clean and stocked. I was able to choose from a few different varieties of shampoo for my pups.
The large bath tubs with the walk-up stairs made it easy to get them in and out of the tub. I was super happy to have a place where I could tie my emotional pup up. And keep in place. As well as aprons for us to wear.
The price was also amazing. I highly recommend it.

An amazing selection of all your pet needs! The self serve dog wash is so easy and convenient and they supply everything you need for the bath. The loyalty program gets you free baths and dog food which is really nice.
