“Went shopping at Marks in Ft. Saskatchewan on Monday Nov. 18 in the evening. My husband was looking for some welding boots for work. There was a very pleasant lady named Val who helped us out. She was GREAT!!!!! Even upsold us some heat socks and insoles. She was so nice that we wanted to buy from her. 10/10 customer service. Your establishment is very lucky to have her as your employee. Please thank her again from us and will definitely shop at this location again just because of Val. Great job!!!!!”
