Bruce in the parts department is amazing and really cares about customer service! I’m from Winnipeg but my local dealer couldn’t seem to locate a part that was needed to repair my Jeep. I found River Vally CDJR online and called and couldn’t be happier with my interaction with Bruce. He got me the part I needed and shipped it out to me. If the rest of the dealership has good people like Bruce then I’m sure they will do well for many years to come.

Came in from out of town for some warranty work , the shuttle took us over to shopping area and picked us up. Seems like a good dealership. Friendly staff... **UPDATE**..went back for some more work not under warranty and they pulled the stealership crap on us. Never deal there again. I'll get my new3500 somewhere else..

Jake was a rockstar to deal with. It was time to get out of my old truck and get something a little upgraded and a little more comfortable and Jake answered all my questions, new everything about his new trucks and was super easy to deal with. There was no pressure and I felt valued as a customer! Thanks Jake!

I can't really explain properly how frustrated and disappointed I am with this dealership. I first brought my vehicle to them for an emissions issue, oil leak, and a glow plug going bad.
It took them 13 weeks to get it back to me, only to still not be fully repaired. Here's what happened during those 13 weeks:
I was called and informed my vehicle was repaired and ready for pickup, only to drive to the dealership and find out the vehicle wasn't fixed.
The loaner they gave me was sold, and I had to return it with no compromise made for them to come pick it up so I had to go out of my way to bring it back to the dealership.
I was denied warranty on a repair until I got under the vehicle myself to take photos and show the service manager it was 100% a manufacturing defect.
They put the wrong engine oil in the vehicle.
I repeatedly received conflicting information: repairs were completed vs. repairs had started; parts arrived vs. parts not arrived. I repeatedly asked for the Work orders to be sent to me only for them never to send the documents.
They admittedly replaced the same parts over again because their technicians failed to properly identify the cause of the faults, playing a part in the long wait to have the vehicle fixed.
After 13 weeks, I was finally able to pick the vehicle up, only to almost instantly notice a problem with it: the belt/pulley was making noise. They admitted they failed to install a part correctly.
The day after that, an emissions CEL came back. I called the dealership asking to plan for when we could bring it in. I was told I'd get a call back but didn't hear anything for a week.
And finally, just over two weeks from when I brought it back for the belt/pulley noise, my vehicle died on the highway due to the belt shredding itself. I had the vehicle towed into the dealership and am now awaiting them to fix it again.

Horrible experience with Straightline Dodge in Ft. Saskatchewan on May 31st. They offered to pick us up as my husband is in a wheelchair due to a bad vehicle accident.
The day before they sent us photos & asked for $1000 refundable deposit to hold the vehicle. One of their shuttle cars picked us up in the morning. When we got there, the vehicle was not ready and needed tires, windshield, passenger window switch and the trunk liner was caved in on the driver side.
We did not like the tires they wanted to put on, it wasn't going to be ready to drive home that day with all the work it needed for the Amvic inspection.
We did let the Sales Manager know we needed to leave as my husband's foot was really starting to hurt. He said ok and walked away...didn't even offer us a ride back home which is an hour & 1/2 away.
We were so glad our friend from St. Albert met us there to see the car too, or we think they would have left us stranded...they did not offer to drive us back. We have left numerous voice messages for them and they haven't returned any phone calls as we want our refundable deposit back. To date(June 4th) they have not sent back our refund although the original sales person did call us back. This person was stellar as was the finance person.
They also let us know they were bought out and as of Friday May 31st and now go by the name River Valley Dodge.
One of the worst car buying experiences we've ever had. Caveat emptor!( buyers beware)

Our salesman Jake Purvis gets 5 stars
Meghan in finance gets 5 stars
The sales manager sent a ride to pick us up ( 2 hours away) we had the insurance on the car, and a plate to be registered for the car we were going to buy.
When we arrived, we found out that the car needed a new windshield, new brakes, and new tires. I am a 40 year journeyman automotive technician. I knew right away that we could have been informed of this prior to bringing us there. We felt that the only way he would give us a ride home would’ve been to finalize the deal. We did tell him that I had to leave due to the pain in my foot. He said ok and walked away. This was very disappointing and unnecessary. Communication goes a long way. We lost trust in this deal because of this. Luckily I had a friend meet us there from St Albert due to me being on crutches because of a broken foot. And he was able to get close up to check the car out for me. He gave us a ride home. This put him 4 hours out of his way. NEVER AGAIN at River Valley Dodge. Caveat Emptor - Buyer Beware!
