In person activities are always a great experience. A little frustrating that all TD branches have removed the pens from the ATMs so you cannot write a cheque and deposit it.

Friendly staff! However, there is an overwhelming body odour smell as soon as you walk in the door. It’s unbearable, I suggest the drive through if you can.

My initial start with td was amazing the lady helped me out and was truly magnificent I was informed that about half my cheque will be held which is normal but I came in today not even five minutes ago to deposit my cheque and the lady closest to the atms was NOT helpful at all gave me a bunch of sass and when I asked if there was anyone I would be able to speak to about having my funds released she told me “your speaking to her right now” was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had in a bank. Pretty much told me “it’s not my problem NEXT” terrible service here. Too bad I’m stuck with this bank now. Shoulda went with service credit union after all. I’m honestly mind boggled at her attitude and neglect to even care for the customers

This has to be one of the worst TD banks i have ever been too. During peak times they have 1 worker. And they have side conversations while there are times of up to 10 people in line. This is a little ridiculous where is the customer service when you have people waiting while you chat away.

In the past I had major issue's gathering information from old statements. I was told some information couldn't be gathered as it was to old or out dated. I was losing patience with this branch. However, I met with DeeAnna and she gathered all the info I needed. Even though it wasn't easy, she didn't give up. Thank you so much for restoring my confidents in this bank! I recommend her as a financial advisor

I have never had a problem with this branch, in fact they have been good to me, however due to head office, I have given up on TD due to terrible service and attitude from HQ. I would give the branch 5 stars, but TD ZERO stars, so I split the difference.

After being a customer of TDs for multiple years and opening a business bank account with them, I sincerely didn't appreciate being insulted by the branch manager or how another employee was hovering over our tellers shoulder and reading all our private information without consent.Do not go to this branch, they are awful.

We have been customers of TD for decades at several branches across Western Canada. The service once in the door at this branch is good, but they lose points for not returning phone calls when we are forced to leave a message to set up an appointment to do such things as renew a mortgage or speak to a financial advisor. Once you do speak to someone it's a week to 10 days before you can get in. Frustration is mounting to the point that we are contemplating a move.

My brother and I own a business in Fort Sask and deal with TD bank quite regularly. The staff is absolutely amazing and friendly. Keep up the great work ladies!

Opened a Mutual Fund Portfolio here after a meeting with an advisor. Although the advisor went through all steps and did an okay job using the TD provided tools, I have been misled about the ease of purchasing additional Mutual Funds etc. A Mutual Fund Portfolio seems to be different than a Mutual Fund - therefore I cannot self manage the transactions of adding funds/withdrawing funds myself through Easy Web as discussed and of course I am now locked in for the time being. TD corporate tools might make the jobs of their employees easier, but nothing will beat real world experience - don't purchase a mortgage from someone that doesn't have a mortgage for example. I have also called TD Canada and they have confirmed that "Multi Holding" accounts cannot be self managed "sorry".

Always great service with a friendly hello by name asi walk in the door. Thank you all for doing your part to protect me the customer along with yourselves from Covid. Despite what the zero class shaved headed, pink tuft on top having, tantrum behaving troll you had to deal with today outside the front door for all in the parking lot to hear. You know who you are, for shame. Any way, thank you all TD staff. Look forward to future banking with you.
