After receiving my free sample from DAP (Alex Plus All Purpose Acrylic Latex Caulk Plus Silicone 300 mL White) I had some work done on my vehicle, which I noticed left a gap (as seen in white in photo). It just happens that this formula is approved for use outdoors (indoors as well). So I loaded my caulking gun and sliced a perfect opening to apply the “Alex Plus” caulking which after the application, I gave ample time to cure before the cold & washing the exterior @ our local touch-less (high pressure) car wash. I After a few days of the above scenario I inspected the work I did & am very satisfied with the results and quality of the product. The colour worked well for this project, the texture is very easy to apply, doesn’t leave a residue after cleaning. Cleaning the work surface is very easy & trouble free. I highly recommend this product for your project requiring caulking.

I've come here many times and I guess I have mixed feelings. For one the employees are very kind and helpful although there are way too many of them. There's honestly more employees then customers! But for another most everything this Home Depot has is ridiculously overpriced. But again great customer service and I will still be going to this Home Depot :).

I went in this weekend looking for some help picking the best paint and primer for a coffee table we are refinishing and Toni provided us with excellent customer service. Toni is very knowledgeable about the different products and what to use when. Overall we left feeling very happy with the great service. Great job Toni!

Yesterday, I was confronted by two employees in the electrical department after I cut a piece of wire myself. This was my first time purchasing wire, and there were no signs or information indicating that customers should not cut it on their own. I had been waiting a long time, and although I asked another employee for assistance, no one came to help.
The two employees who eventually approached me, an older man and a man of East Indian descent, were very rude in their approach. I believe they would benefit from customer service training to handle these situations more appropriately. Additionally, it would be helpful if there were clear signs informing customers that they should not use the wire-cutting tools themselves.

After calling there rentals several times with no answer I drove across town to rent a trench digger that was on their rental site only to be told that they can’t rent them past Oct 24th because the ground is starting to freeze. One would think if you won’t rent something you would remove it from your website

Back in 2022, this HOME DEPOT saved my life. If it wasn't for them, I would've been dead. So what happened was I was doing doordash in the winter on a cold day-35 n snowing. And of course, you would have all the windows closed. I didn't realize that there was toxic air coming inside from the heater. It's a long story. Anyway, I ended up passing out in their parking lot from like 9 in the morning till like 7 in the evening. My car run out of gas n I started waking up cause it was getting cold, I tried to step out of my car I couldn't I tried asking anyone I saw for help no one care I was going crazy tell ppl I was there for days I really didn't know what was going on . Anyway, I somehow got in there n asking for the bathroom. I was trying to drink some water and put some on my face to wake up, but I started to throw up just water. There was a working in the bathroom who saw me thanks to him he didn't care n told me that it was fine n asked if I was ok!. Sorry I didn't get ur name bro but thank you. Now u may ask why I just didn't use my phone it was dead, n nothing was working at all!! I got to front n asked to use the phone n called my family. I couldn't even know where I was anyway. The nice workers called me a taxi n the get me some water n something to eat Thank you guys soo much if it wasn't for u guys I wouldn't have been here now

Absolutely ridiculous prices on almost everything..I mean who in their right mind is going to pay over $56 for some padlocks when you can go to the Dollar Store and buy the exact same locks for $4.?.Business must be waning or they are Uber greedy, I'm guessing a little bit of both.

was there to return a tool box I purchased online by giftcard I requested store credit but was refused it bc he wanted to refund it by an online egiftcard that I have to wait 7 days for was there 2 buy tools and get store credit to buy more tools but after that nightmare dealing with a guy who didn't care to refund Me by store credit I won't be back there

I rented a trailer but I didn't have the right ball. Tom and the guys there helped me get set up and borrowed me tools and then they started my rent after an hour and a half of working in their yard I managed to get my job done in time and under the 4-Hour limit good service I appreciate their help!.
