Issue with the joke of a warranty we paid extra for our Maytag washer/dryer. Service call for washer Oct 17th - tech said he has to get parts. Oct 24th - another tech comes to fix it. Washed 2 loads. Washer died again. Called warranty Oct 31st. Have had almost daily communication requesting receipts. They have been sent 5x. CSR in warranty dept has confirmed 3x everything is there and we will hear back 'tomorrow'....every day. It has been over 2 weeks since Oct 31st call and we still have no washing machine and no resolution. No consideration for my time trying to resolve this or the trips to the laundromat I have had to make. Store was great for assistance when we bought it but don't count on any support once you get it. Dryer is garbage too but I don't have the energy to deal with it.

We were greeted with a smile and offered assistance as we walked in. They had what i was looking for and the price was exactly what i expected. My 4 year old had to use the washroom and this was also clean.

Terribly disappointed with customer service experienced at this branch of a well regraded home improvement store.
I made an online order for a toolbox, and 14 days after the delivery date, my order was released by Fort Sask HD to somebody who was not me. The store has since refused issue me a refund, and made me feel like I was in the wrong. Told me to call their 1-800 number as “it was an online order.” After calling the corporate help number, and was advised to contact the store, I spoke to a second manager who insisted there was nothing she could do to help, “an investigation had already been conducted and the item had been picked up.”
Fort Saskatchewan Home Depot still refuses to make any attempt at making this right, and still refuses to accept any responsibility for upholding their end of our transaction. Their management has merely suggested I file a police report if I would like to pursue this.
I am out 1600$ and have not received my toolbox after almost 3 months of trying to deal with them.

I had the best customer service at home depot fort saskatchewan today, cashier sharon assisted me purchasing a jack skellington anamatronic, there were issue with pricing ringing up and she made sure she got it fixed and went over and above, top notch employee.

Lots of inventory and helpful people. You have to use self-checkout to purchase. That was the only downside for me.

I purchased a fridge from this home Depot back in May, if came damaged so they said I would get a free replacement fridge. It is now the end of August and I still have not received my fridge!! I have gone in to the store multiple times and have called multiple times, everytime it's something different! Whether they have to reach out to the delivery company or reach out to their team!!! I have not even been offered anything for the hassle I have gone through!! It's getting very frustrating!

This Home Depot is very customer friendly. They have great prices. I always buy my hanging baskets there, they have a great selection. They also have employees that are knowledgeable. Customer Service is great too.

If you ever need a place to park for the night this is the place to be. I went to customer service to be sure it was okay before parking. The associate recommended the safest areas to avoid any issues with delivery trucks.

We found that LG air conditioner was still in stock in Fort Saskatchewan on The Home Depot's website during the heat wave.
We drove for over half hour from Edmonton to get there. The store was very neat and the staff were very nice. But sadly, the LG air conditioner were all sold out. So we ended up buying a floor fan instead.
After that, my husband ordered it online and picked it up at the store near Edmonton.
Our cat said, "Well done, I love this new toy! You guys did a great job!"
When the heat wave hit, we saw from The Home Depot's website that LG Electronics Portable Air Conditioner was still in stock in Fort Saskatchewan, so we drove there.
It took us about half an hour's drive from Edmonton to finally arrive. This branch is very neat and the staff are friendly. Unfortunately, it was all sold out. We didn't want to go back empty-handed, so we bought a floor fan.
The next day, my husband ordered it online and went to a branch near Edmonton to pick it up. My cat said, "Great, there are new toys for me to play with."

I have found that the Fort Saskatchewan location has some of the most helpful and friendly staff. Compared to other locations the staff seem to know what they are talking about, and truly care about customer service.

Wonderfully run store with helpful staff! I didn’t catch his name, but there was a guy in a blue shirt with brown hair and a grey hat with a brown leather patch on it today (July 19) working on the lumber section who really excels at his job! He helped me find the exact size of wood I needed for a project, and even helped me carry it up to the cash register! He greeted a fellow employee by name on our way up to the cash register and you could tell that he genuinely cared about his coworker! It’s so hard to find employees that care these days, and you can tell that he truly cares! Everyone in the store is helpful, kind, and courteous!

I had a very negative experience with the Fort Saskatchewan Home Depot. I have been a loyal customer for close to 10 years now. However, I purchased a shed from this Home Depot in May with an estimated delivery of June 1st (3-4 days later). After following up 3 times in person (each time I was promised a call to follow up, and I never received a call) I’m very disappointed with the customer service. Rona has a perfect shed in stock for me as well as gave me a discount for purchasing it. I will always be taking my business elsewhere in the future.
I would like to mention that Melissa was very helpful on the last time I visited. The Home Depot system would not let her refund me. So she called them and spent over an hour on the phone working to get me a refund. (Which is also a ridiculous amount of time for me to wait in store for a simple refund on an order Home Depot could not fill.) I would urge anyone who is looking to order from them to take your business to another company that will actually get you the product you paid for.
