Great customer service today !! I am not tech savvy and I had lots of questions regarding data and wifi and streaming shows on tv and the manager and sales representative that was there today answered all my questions in a manner which I could understand! Thanks so much guys !!

Manager refused to follow the Scanner Price Accuracy Code and stated they are not obliged too. Even though Best Buy is part of the RCC. Stay away, manager is clueless.

I thought today was going to be a good day. After a hard day's work at the cement factory, bagging dust for 13 hours and breathing in lung cancer causing chemicals, I knew that all I wanted to do was spend time with my friends playing Stardew Valley on the PS5. Once I got home from my hour and half long drive home, I booted up my PlayStation and went to speak to my bestest friend in the whole world...and my headset didn't work. My mind was reeling, what if they thought I was suicidal? Cutting myself off from the rest of the world? I couldn't have this. So I went to the newest place in Fort, a place I thought I could trust, the Best But Express. As I browsed their wireless headsets (not wired because I'm not poor) I spotted the HyperX Cloud Alpha Wireless. It was perfect, up to 300 hours of charge and a sleek red finish over the ear pieces. Astounded at the low price of $89.99, I pranced up to the counter and placed it down, plainly stating, "One HyperX Cloud Alpha Wireless headset please." Only to be shot down by the three men working there. They seemed to have it out for me from the beginning, eyeing me down while I simply tried to find a solution for my issue, but my fears were only confirmed when they assured me they wouldn't sell the headset to me for the listed price. "Our boss won't let us do it," they said with a slight smirk. I knew they only wished to dash my hopes and crush my dreams. Defeated, I walked out of the store, somber that my friends wouldn't be able to hear my voice. Saddened that my life up until I placed that headset down was full of misplaced hope. I only hope that anyone reading this review won't have to go through the same situation I did. Don't give this store your business. Spare yourself the heartache. If I could give this business 0/5 stars I would. I haven't spoken to my friends or family since, and I don't think I will for many moons to come.

Came in to get my phone switched over and customer service was top notch, store was clean, even though my kid was running around like a psycho they were still very polite and helpful. Thanks to Omkar and Sandeep!

Bought a new phone from a different store 2 days ago but it was not working properly, no provider was attached. Called Bell and they were not able to help, told me I had to go to a store to get it fixed. Sandeep went above and beyond to get my phone working properly. Very helpful, very much appreciated!

Came in a month ago and spoke to a lady about ordering a watch, she went on to order it, assured me it would be in after 2 days. 2 weeks went by, heard nothing so popped in to ask if my watch was in, still wasn't and assured me again it would be in after another 3 days. Waited another 10 days and went in today and still nothing. How hard is it to order a watch, can you be anymore incompetent? Definitely will not be shopping here again for anything. Why this store is still open is beyond me.

DO NOT SHOP AT THIS LOCATION. WISH I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS!!! We went in and asked for a music adaptor for the car, were advised to what to purchase, went to the parking lot, tried the adaptor, it was not even close to what we needed, walked right back into the store and they would not return our money or even a store credit. Sundeep was rude and not helpful at all, blamed us for "ripping pkg too much".. we couldn't get into it without having to tear the package open somewhat!!!!! I will never spend another dime in this store, TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
