The young lady at the desk was very informative and friendly. I wish I knew her name because she could use an accommodation.

Nice stock photos clearly show this place is located inside of Walmart. They can update it and location

Leanne at the counter on December 6 at 10AM was pretty happy telling me I couldn't send a chocolate bar to my mother in the United States for Christmas. Customer service 0.

I had a package held at this location. The package was addressed to my preferred first name rather than my legal first name. The “store manager” refused to release the package to me, even though the address on my id matches the delivery address, my id last name matches the one on the package, and I have the tracking number with me. UPS’s pick-up instruction email states that “If you are picking up the package and not the addressee, you will also be required to provide the tracking number.” So even if I’m not the person on the package I should still be able to pick it up with the tracking number. “Store manager” still refused to give me my package after seeing the email, and made me call customer service in front of him. I had to sit there and jump through hoops on the phone to finally speak to an agent and the agent promptly made him release my package. What a surreal experience. Avoid this location at all cost.

3 visits to this store , 3 different prices for the same service. Why I should pay 3.75+tax to.print their own shipping label is baffling, and ive learned my lesson. Use another service

They “lost” my costco order once it was on the truck on a friday afternoon?! Employee theft seems not to bother them. Ive seen ups trucks pick up people from in front of my neighbors and drop them off with pkgs down the street.

They tried to scam me for $146. I shipped an item with them from USA. It was worth $145. They demanded me to pay $146 in brokerage fees. I went to CBSA and paid the duty myself, it was $10.21.
And the way they go about it. They didnt declare any fees when initial shipment order was placed. They emailed 2 days later for the $146. They dont tell you that you have the option; they make it look as if you must pay of forfeit your items. They cannot legally force you to use their brokerage services. But they sure try to. They also over charged on the duty charges to. They claimed it was $50 duty and $90 their fees.
It was $10.21 and it took literally 3 minutes to do. They are trying to capitalize off the tarriff confusion and are extorting their own customers for exuberance amounts of money.
