I was having so many issues trying to book a u-haul through the call centre because they are mostly based in the USA, and when I called this u-haul directly, Nicole answered and was super fast with getting me a great quote on a 16 foot u-haul with pickup wherever I wanted (even if it wasn’t at her own location). Seeing people in our own community be so helpful was awesome! Booked through her and picked up in fort Sask, it was the most simple process and took under 5 minutes. There was no funny business going on. Paid the extra $16 for coverage while driving. Definitely recommend calling and talking to Nicole! She’s great and deserves more appreciation ?”
