RUDE OWNER / NEVER SHOP HERE. I would give less if I could. I brought back hoola hoops that someone else picked up for me. I NEEDED soft ones for garden 1/2 hoops to staple netting over. So the cabbage doesn't get eaten, I just pulled them all out and garbage them all.. I was very very ill with COVID. The owner called me a liar. Well this is my 3rd time I've been sick from 3.5 months -1 months, each time. I think this is very rude and will never ship here again.

Went the other day to get balloons blown up for my kids birthday. They're not overly friendly. I also brought in my own balloons which I feel they don't really like. I had 8 balloons to get blown up they told me if they pop they can not replace them. Sure that's fine, cost me $14.00 to get 8 of them filled. The last balloon popped I said oh well I have extra balloons on me if you can fill the last one up. They said that would be another 2 dollars... Like really I just gave you 14 bucks and I have the balloon. You can't just fill the last balloon up? Poor customer service in my opinion.

If you want to be stalked and treated like a thief just for entering a store this place is for you. (At least with one employee who has been our experience each time) Also is horrible with children no matter their behavior. Gave many chances and same experience each time. Have even addressed it with said employee with no progress. I’m sure the other employees (didn’t catch this particular ones name, she’s just always been there for our visits) are pleasant. But this one really has zero customer experience skills.

Pretty pricey dollar store but has a bit different variety than dollarama which is nice since those are the only dollar stores here...friendly staff which is always a bonus ?

Nice stocked up store but their prices are not worthy of being called Your Dollar Store With More. Too expensive and the staff watch you instead of coming to help you.
