Very very very friendly staff, I don't like their hours but I'm not sure if that's a location or a Canada Post issue. Regardless, it's nice we have a spot with helpful, friendly staff to handle our packages.

I would like to express my gratitude to Colleen. I am so thankful that even after leaving Fox Creek for two years and moving to a different province, she still recognized me and helped ensure that my parcel was sent to the correct address. I am puzzled as to why, despite changing my address, the old one was still associated with my online orders. Thank you so much and to Lanie as well.

Staff is nice but hours are terrible. Closed an hour for lunch and no access to mail boxes after hours makes it inconvenient.

Lady's behind the counter are wonderful. No complaints there.It's just Canada Post itself is just slow. It's 2021 and it still takes anything from edmonton to grandprairie then back to fox creek. Takes over a week to get a simple letter from 8 hours away. Just brutal.
