Staff was EXTREMELY Rude due to me being younger, (I’m 20), immediately asked for Id which I gave to her and replied jokingly “I’m in your points system” she then rolled her eyes and walked away, when getting to the till she asked for my number to put my points and discount on as I’m there all the time, I gave it to her and she rudely asked for my name so I tried to joke again with her by saying you just seen my Id and you already forgot my name I let a laugh out and she immediately started to yell and go off about how she doesn’t need my attitude and how I don’t need to be there even after I told her it was just a joke and didn’t mean any harm, she would not listen to a word would not ring me up and just stayed there yelling at me and my friend, very horrible experience considering I’m a regular there.. her name is tarra. I’m not sure the spelling but I made sure to ask before leaving because I was in absolute shock at the service .

Read the reviews before coming and expected a pleasant experience but was met with high prices and though the store wasn’t busy, the staff member seemed overwhelmed or as if we were an inconvenience.I understand bad days but as someone who works away and goes to a cannabis shop weekly -I have never walked out of one regretting a purchase until this one.Customer service is #1

This store not only has a great selection and price but where they really shine is with their friendly staff! Great recommendations, and lots of fun and laughs always had when coming here. When I stop through I always make it a point to come shop here!
