No stars if I could . Walked in not at all busy 1 client 2 girls working ,was told no more appointments to be had lol my hair takes literally 3 minutes to buzz . That's why this town is a dying relic no.

It is the only “nice” place to get your hair done in town, so I decided to kill time. The hair dresser who did my hair was a medium height, thin and gorgeous girl with long dark hair (did not catch her name) she did a pretty good job colouring my hair, however she was EXTREMELY aggressive when applying the dye and washing my hair, she kept yanking and hitting my scalp and my head was literally sore the next day. Washing out the dye from my hair is normally my favourite part because of the shampooing and conditioner but the wash station chair was AWFUL and uncomfortable and strained my neck quite a bit and it did not help with the dresser pulling out half my hair while she washed it.I asked her to layer my hair from top to bottom, all she did was trim the bottom for less than 5 mins then she gave up and said she was done.Another thing that bothered me was the floor and all the shelves. It was FILTHY and covered in dust and hair behind the shelves and cupboards. You can tell they only surface clean and hadn’t deep cleaned in months and as a hair salon that makes me really uncomfortable.On a positive note I love the colour of my hair despite it not being cut the way I wanted it. The establishment has a lot of potential but you can tell they have let their standards slip from when they first opened.

It is with no doubt the best place to get your hair done in Fox CreekKatie is amazing cutting your hair, she is very artisticI also had a massage with Sylvia and I finished all brand new :))Recommendation of 100 percent
