This was an excellent buying experience from start to finish. They responded promptly, answered all my questions annd explained the machine from front to back when I picked it up. They were ready when I showed up and everything was streamlined so it didn’t take a lot of time. I’ll definitely be buying there again.

Highly recommend this place, ordered a 2024 skidoo from them, and had a amazing experience from ordering right through to delivery, delt with Tracy great sales lady. Will definitely be buying more toys through them!

I typically don’t leave reviews unless someone has gone above and beyond to what they are getting paid to do.Tracy definitely was more than accommodating with answering my questions and sending pictures. Very personable.Charles was there the day I picked up the sled. He was very thorough and answered any questions I had. Also very personable.Heather in finance and Michael service great experience also.Overall I felt the dealership was top notch. I always judge a business on how everyone interacts with each other. Definitely lots of similes and laughter!!!!I would definitely make the trip there again!!!!!

We loved working with their sales team. They were great at keeping us up to date with the modifications done on the boat. They provided a great test drive on the river. When we picked up the boat we were welcomed with a special sign congratulating us on the boat purchase! That was such a special touch.Thanks again sales team at Gibbons Motor Toys. We can’t wait to take the boat out on our river.

Was trying to find a skidoo last year & the Edmonton dealers couldn't wait to get me off the phone. Amy gave me numbers to dealers that might have had what I thought I wanted. In the end my Dad & I ended up going to meet her & took the demo for a test ride. Ended up realizing I didn't want the sled I thought I did. Wanted the demo sled. Ended up working out a deal that we got to use the demo sled when we wanted to during the season & bought it once the dealership was done with it. Worked out as a pretty sweet deal on both ends... Highly recommend Amy & the rest of the folks at Gibbons Motor Toys! They go out of your way to make their customers happy!

Staff was very helpful and did not engage in pressure sales tactics. They had a lot of inventory, although not the exact model boat I was interested in looking at but showed me similar ones. If you’re looking for a boat, sled, 4-wheeler, side-by-side, etc, then this would be a great place to come shopping.
