“For my first visit, I went for an oil change and to have my brake lines checked. They were very professional and efficient, thoroughly inspected my brakes and brake lines to make sure everything was in good working order, and assured me that some rust on connectors, I noticed, was normal surface rust. They could have easily taken advantage by suggesting an expensive brake line replacement. I appreciated their honesty and integrity, making the extra effort to make sure everything was safe and working properly. I Will definitely be returning for future service and repairs.”

“Cannot put into words how great the people here are, I took my car in to replace the cv boot cover and had done some research but this is my first time having to go to a mechanic and I said I didn’t know the most knowledge of the issue and they explained over the phone what exactly they would be doing, and took time to look up the parts on my car and give me quote before I have even confirmed a booking. Then when I picked up my car NOT ONLY did they only charge me $60 for the replacement INCLUDING PARTS (so not even paying for the usual minimun hour of labour which they would’ve been justified to charge but they decided to save me money!) and they were SO HONEST about how I did not NEED a very expensive repair I said I was willing to pay for if it was required. I came here because my mother who has been to a ton of mechanics told me they were really honest and saved her money where they could and I could not agree more. 110% recommend, really happy with the service I got :)”

“I happened to walk in " the wrong shop door" this morning to get some work done on our Audi headlights.Lo and behold, that door led us to a great experience.Rani, owner, took our car right in, while we walkes over to Costco. He called us to let us know that the lights we were sold were the wrong ones.. he adjusted the existing lights so we could go back and exchange them..We returned and 45 minutes later we were on the road with all new headlights and signal lights..We were pleasantly surprised, to say the least, that he didn't charge us anything more than the original quote to adjust the car to get back and forth with the proper bulbs...We will certainly be bringing our vehicles here for service again.Thank you Rani.You have gained a new customer with two old cars. ?”

“Staff were amazing. The 888 callout is a joke. Place open but callout charged me a fee because they said it was closed and no one there as I'm standing in the shop. Had a 45 min wait but all in all its not the staffs fault, its corporate.”
“My previous rating was 3 stars due to not great experience some 5 years ago. I have stated going back for service on my new F150 purchased from Hansen. Overall, I was happy with the same day service and the level of communication.
I had to wait about 1.5hrs for my oil change to be completed… that’s the only reason for the 4/5.
