Expensive but good products and they no longer conduct animal testing! They also offer good sales and good information on products in store ,Margret was very helpful and knowledgeable. However if you wish to shop without help they are not pushy.

Pretty negative experience, there was this white lady who greets people as they come into the store, i walked in and she didn’t even smile at me mind you i smiled at her. Then all I see is her greeting every white customer and essentially ignoring the people of colour.

I was excited about their storewide 40% off sale, but it turned out to be misleading. I usually buy a three-wick candle for around $15, and they even had a sign listing it at $14.95. Naturally, I expected the discount to apply to that price, bringing it below $10. However, they applied the 40% off to an inflated price of $27, making the final cost higher than what I usually pay. Apparently, $27 is the original price—way too expensive for a candle! I can get the same one elsewhere for half the price. Very disappointing and feels like a bait-and-switch tactic.

She really took the time to ask me questions and listen even though I was being picky. I ended up leaving with a candle that both my husband and I will love

The staff are always so pleasant and helpful! They are always telling me to check my emails for the deals that are going on while I am shopping to not miss out! Have good conversation and are always going above and beyond to help me find the things I need, if we cannot find on the floor. Thanks guys!

Lots or stock but very tight to navigate some areas. Hard to find prices on items but staff will help with any questions.Staff is hit or miss - no cashier when I went to pay the last time I was in and no floor staff noticed the issue. Had to flag someone down to find a cashier. Usually it's not enough floor staff to help find products if their is issue with staff.
