Upon entry at the store, no one ever bother atlease to acknowledge that i was there. Most of the staff are chatting at the till area. So i went around and just help myself. Upon paying theres even one staff whos using her pbone at the till area regardless thats theres a customer like me there.

This store is lacking follow-ups. I had two remaining items that were not shipped after waiting for almost a month! When I finally brought this forward to their customer service, they told me that both items were already sold out. I did not receive any email notifying me about it and no refund as well. If I had not inquire about it I wouldn't know and I wouldn't be refunded. They only process the refund only when I asked about it. Poor customer experience!

The staff was so helpful, there was a wild crazy customer yelling at the poor girls who where trying their best about a return they couldn’t do... She swore at them but they let it roll off their backs. Displaying excellent customer service and maturity considering a 40 year old was belittling them. I will be back

Customer serivce is trash, staff lacks basic training such as a $40 refund + GST. No supervisor availible to do a refunded as well, was told to come back another day. Returned to be told no exchange, no refund, no in store credit on sale items.NO where in the store says sale items are final sale NOR was this mentioned when purchased.Waste of my time to go there twice because of the lack of basic training. Sorry for calling these girls idiots? clearly it is the managment.

Stood in shoe section waiting in an empty store for 30 minutes receiving absolutely no assistance from staff what so ever before walking out as three staff members walked past me not offering service

One star is to good of a rating. This store deserves all employees to be fired! Visited the location in the Prairie Mall yesterday. We received the worst service I’ve ever had in my life. As we shopped for items and looked for sizes we walked by 5 different staff members that looked & turned the other way when we came near or went to ask a question. Nobody helped with location of sizes or getting us into a fitting room. Not one person greeted us. I did the greetings. Normally I would have walked out but it’s so hard to find clothes for my guy that I bit my tongue and was super friendly hoping to kill them with friendliness. Finally we went to the checkout and stood there for just over 2 minutes while I stared hard at the 2 girls chatting in the corner. They acted so surprised to have not seen me. THE WORST SERVICE EVER!!!
