The lady with dark hair and glasses was very unhelpful. Wouldn't accept my amazon return with the label and everything i had which was needed, she insisted I needed a "qr code" which is un true as I've returned many packages with the shipping label and barcode. Aswell watched her give another older lady a hard time with her mail. I went to another post office wirh no hassel. I would recommend going to another post office if she is there working.

I love this Canada Post! The workers here are super friendly! I’m constantly coming in and out as I run my own business, and they are always super sweet and remember my name.Thanks for always making my day!

They take so long for things to ship. I would use intelcom Canada they are so much faster. Canada post takes forever and they are the same as Fed-Ex. They always throw your packages and run with them and it’s just d*** of them and we have to return all of our packages when their broken.

Staff was helpful and even laffed at my bad jokes. Answered all my questions about parcels and delivery options. Fast in and out as it was 6 mins b4 close.

Once again Canada Post proves itself useless. I feel completely ripped off. Sent a package, was offered all the usual shipping options including Xpress Post to which I was told it would be 2 business days. Never once did any one at this location mention Canada Post would be using COVID-19 as an excuse to deliver packages late. Package had no shipping update for an entire week. Created a service ticket when package finally arrived over 1 week late only to be told then that Canada Post does not guarantee shipping times. Requested contact from this location and still have not heard from them. Called the customer service number and that was also a joke. What a complete waste of $50.00. Apparently this update has been on the news. Well, I don't watch the news for Canada Post updates. Lesson learnt going forward to use a courier service. Canada Post, you need some serious adjustments.

Had two passport debit cards. Asked for balance. Both had same balance which is highly unlikely plus 500 which is highly unlikely. She said I had to call in. I asked if she could do it now please. She refused. Customer service especially for seniors is out the window

i was at the post office and all three ladies did not understand my question or concerns going in circles that is. Nevertheless they were polite but I left feeling small & confused. Tammy, Ashley & Vanessa were their names. They were calm the whole time as I was, I appreciated it.

I go there everyday with my little packages to be sent. All the employees who helped me were great and all my questions have been answered.
