“I love shopping at Ricki’s in Prairie Mall! The staff are always so lovely and make sure I have everything I need, whether it’s setting up the fitting room or double-checking sizes. Today I met Dena, who was wonderful, and there’s another lady (I think she might be the manager) who is always so sweet and helpful every time I visit. They always make me feel valued, and my experience here is consistently great. Thank you for the amazing customer service, ladies!”

“This was our family’s first time visiting Center Stage Dancewear, and it was such a great experience. The staff were warm and welcoming, and they really took the time to help us find the right fit for everything we needed. As parents new to shopping for dancewear, we felt supported instead of overwhelmed.
Our kids were excited to try on their new dance shoes and outfits, and left the store with big smiles. The selection is fantastic, and you can tell the team truly understands what dancers need. We’re glad we came here for our first visit — it definitely won’t be our last.”
“Such amazing staff, the woman working was amazing with my VERY BUSY one year old while I was trying on clothes. She made shopping super easy by helping me select different styles in different sizes. I love that they bring in a select volume of merchandise so what you're buying feels more unique. Excellent selection of beautiful clothing.”
“I was in a few weeks ago and had amazing customer service. My bag from a previous store was ripping and the young lady working noticed and took my bag, gave me a new bag and set it in the dressing room for me so that I could have free hands to look at the clothing. She was very helpful with getting me new sizes as needed, and educated about the products and knowing which brands would shrink etc. Very impressed with her customer service skills.”
“Bought a pair of clearance boots for pick up at the mall location. The order was fulfilled extremely fast and available for pick up within a few hours! Staff was friendly and the process was smooth, my only complaint is I keep getting emails saying to pick up my order.”
“Buy things for my wife here. She likes their leggings and their foot wear. Bought her a pair of ten dollar runners shes thinks are more comfy than her hundred dollar runners. I think the selections quite vast and the staff has always been very polite to me. As well when I got buy gift certificates the staff doesn't look at me like I am out of place. They are very welcoming.”
