The person that worked at customer service when I took my tires in last year was horrible to deal with -- I'm not sure if she still works there but she was very condescending and rude. Not helpful at all! (Last time I went there was summer 2023)

Never bring your business here, they will find every way they can to talk themselves out of work. Would not install one tire of a set of 4 bc it was more worn, then said they wouldnt install the other 3 perfectly fine tires bc it wasnt a full set. Such a waste of time.

Sold me faulty tires. Developed a bulge after only 4 months of use. Stuck out of town & now having to pay out of pocket for a replacement.
