Went there to buy tires and get them swapped.
Prices are the best in town if you include servicing. If you buy tires from them they offer free repairs and rotation. And they can store your tires for you regardless of where you bought them prior. (Like approx $70 a year, so a steal)
The waiting room is cozy so the wait was painless. They also answered any question I had with helpful information and were more than happy to help.
My only gripe (that doesn’t really matter much) was they left my interior dirty. (Seats, handles, cubby) but it was easy to clean with a wet wipe so no harm no foul.
Overall best experience I’ve had anywhere. 100% would and will recommend folks to come here

Once again received great advice and service from Andy and his staff. Making appointments oline is simple and they continually live up to their promises. Always friendly and quality products. I have been dealing with them for decades and will continue to do so in the future. Highly recommend.

Brought my travel trailer in for new tires and to service the bearings. They did good work and were easy to deal with. Prices were competitive.

I had a terrible experience with this shop. I bought be vehicle in for an out of province inspection. They failed it and gave me a list of things wrong- well I took it to my regular mechanic and my vehicle needed literally $400 work and they quoted me $3000 in repairs it apparently needed. It did not need those repairs and passed an out of province with flying colors at another shop. The woman manager I dealt with was very rude when I asked her to pls try to help me understand the repairs my truck needed, she Acted like I was inconveniencing her day. She is what stood out most in making me never want to come back. Worst customer service I’ve ever had. I will never be back. I suggest you review your mechanic doing these inspections not to be looking for ways to make money instead of an actual inspection.

Not impressed I had a slight miss and was told it was spark plugs paid $200.00 for the diagnostic and I changed my plugs as well as plug wires and it still has the slight miss . Their diagnostics is much to be desired whoever worked on my vehicle. I could’ve taken some random guess at it and saved $200.00 from doing so ?♂️. I won’t be returning there.

I was up in Grande Prairie on a work trip recently. I knew full well before the trip up that my tires were in need of replacement but I neglected to do so. One of my tires went flat and I was stranded - no spare tire in my 2021 Sienna Van. I called a number of tire shops in town - most of which would only say that I would need to get my vehicle towed to them. Not Fountain Tire - they said "we will have a service truck right over. He will take the tire off, bring it back to our shop, see if he can patch it to at least allow you to get the van safely to a tire shop"
Literally within minutes the service truck showed up, took the tire off and off he went. I went into a local fast-food restaurant to kill some time, have a quick bit and before I could even finish my meal the service truck returned - the tire fixed and inflated. When I inquired about the cost for this service the tech simply said "no charge" You just don't get service like that very often anymore.
Naturally, now that I was able to safely continue on with my daily schedule I stopped by the Fountain Tire shop and met with Andrew. He was so pleasant to deal with - got me some options for a new set of tires priced out - even had them in stock where as all the other shops I spoke with said they would need to order tires in from Edmonton which would take 24+ hours. The price Andrew quoted me was very fair and I immediately booked in and got a whole new set of tires for the van.
thank you Andrew for your unbelievable service and kindness in what was a stressful experience. And kudos to your service truck driver - he was great as well. 5 STARS

I required a quick flat repair near the end of the day and the staff at Fountain Tire got me back on the road to Edmonton quickly.The staff both on the phone and at the counter were courteous and fit me in and got me out of there quickly.Great waiting area too.
