Amazing service ... We bought a new container yesterday. A very professional and efficient lady showed us around and helped us choose. She was very knowledgeable and helpful. It was delivered today by a very courteous and professional young driver, Josh.
I had been shopping around a d GP Masonry had the best price as well as amazing service. Highly recommended!

Great customer service! When I walked in I was greeted with a smile. The staff is very knowledgeable and answered all of the questions I had. Jamie even helped me do some research on products I was looking for. 10/10 on customer service, I will be using them again in the future!

Terrible customer service! I purchased some cultured stone here and brought it home, only to discuss within my contractor that they probably had a better product for our application. I hadn't even removed the cases from the truck and returned the following day, when I spoke to an employee and explained I was looking for another style product. He kindly showed us another and provided a sample. I returned the next day to make the swap, only to be told that I couldn't return the stone! He pointed to an 8.5x11 sheet of paper on the desk about ten feet away reading that cultured stone couldn't be returned. Meanwhile the receipt list return policies, mentioning other products that have no returns, but nothing about this stone. Simply states "products can be returned within 30 days with receipt". There is no mention of this policy on the wall with samples, nor in the yard where you pick up your order. The lady behind the cash who took my order admitted that she didn't tell me that because "they'd have to tell everyone and they take a lot of orders". So here I am, with 5 small boxes of stone, still packaged in its original manner and still in the truck, simply wanting to swap it for another product of the same value at the same store and they are telling me "sorry". I guess I should search the store looking for lists of their rules that are not in plain view. They finally agree to allow me to swap with a $150 restocking fee, for 5 boxes I could move by hand back to their original location in 5 mins.So off I go home with the other product only to open it up and learn over 50% of it is damaged. Back into the truck, back across town and finally get decent stuff.Moral of the story, ask lots of questions about returns because unless you wander 10 feet from the cash to randomly read their small sign you might be out of luck. And rather than a happy customer that would probably send others their way, $150 re-stock fee for a product the continuously have in stock is more important to them than a treating their customers well. It blows my mind that people don't understand the value of customer service.Do yourself a favour and visit other stone dealers in town prior to coming here. I'm thinking of buying them a stamp that reads "No returns on cultured stone" for their receipts to spare others the hassle of their less than obvious store policy.
