Staff were all super friendly and outgoing. This is my first time ordering at Grainger and it was for some electrolyte freezies. I could have ordered them on Amazon but Grainger was cheaper and it was nice to support a local business. 10/10 recommend

I dislike the call center system. Have to drive to the local store now to get service and order parts.. I wouldnt deal there anymore if I could get my parts somewhere else.

They have a new Call center system, Can not reach local store. Completely useless services by phone.
