“SATFF:New owner since November. She is amazing!All the coaches are great and super helpful. I love that they correct my form doing the exercises so I know I'm doing them correctly.Josie & Shay thanks for the tips, corrections, help and motivation to keep going ?This month a couple of new coaches started, and they as well are knowledgeable, helpful and fun! Loving my clases with Rhonda & Sara.Front desk girls are really nice but a special shoutout to Kali, you rock!CLASSES:You need to register for a group class. They are 45-60 mins long and consist of different exercises (cardio, rowing, weights, etc.)Everyone wears a heart rate monitor and are encouraged to give their best.Fun fast paced music.GENERAL:All stations are constantly sanitized and cleaned.It was recently painted over the Christmas break.There is a water fountain to refill or bottles of water to buy + some OTF merch.Free lockers.There are a couple of washrooms & showers all super clean and nice looking.You can buy individual classes, punch pass or memberships.Lots of classes available daily + online options.No complaints.They had all been really nice, fun, patient and helpful.I had been going for a little bit over a month and just signed up for the next couple of months.Currently there are a couple of great deals and a fun December Bingo going ??”

“I wanted to come and write a review even though I haven't been back since Covid lockdowns. ( bought home equipment)I wanted to give a shout out to staff and owners for being helpful, motivational and friendly. They would always answer questions or come over and correct you if you were doing something improperly. Even if they aren't your trainer they always made time to help.The gym has alot of space with up to date equipment and lots of it.Even though it's been a couple years and I wasn't very social while I was there, the staff and owners still wave and say "hi" if they see me around town. I think that says a lot about a staff and ownership group. Most gyms owners don't recognize their clients.That being said I saw a couple reviews about inclusiveness and racism. In my experience there I never noticed any such thing. There was a multitude of ethnicities and everyone seemed to be treated equal. ✌️”

“I love this gym. Im a bigger guy with an anxiety disorder and chronic pain, so going to the gym can be intimidating; however, with the gym being open around the clock, I can hop in my car at 1am and go for a sweat no problem. Plus I work nightshift so it lines up perfectly with my schedule. Awesome place ??”

“Jill is an outstanding yoga instructor, so gentle and inviting, Kind and beautiful spirited one of the biggest reasons I try to join yoga classes every week, such a warm and calming environment, one of my favorite days of the week are yoga days!! Really helps release stress from your week. Every staff member is so amazing and helpful, always have a smile on their face and are always happy to see you! Plus the facility is absolutely beautiful.”

“I really like the environment there. The no judgement posts everywhere, a reminder for all (especially for the ones worried about being judged) a reminder to not worry about it and just do you :). This is the first gym that I have joined, and I am soo happy that I chose PF. The staff seem nice, gym is clean and organized. looking forward to joining some classes!”

“I bought 2 sets of golf clubs as a Christmas present. Shipping was fast and they did as I asked in addition comments. I asked to have them both in a plain box so the kids didn't see them if I wasn't home to recieve them. shipping to Southern ontario was fast and I was updated by email as they made their way. I couldn't find these clubs new in Ontario. Great job and would recommend them!!!”
