“One customer service rep here stuck his neck out to help a customer who bought a faulty hot water tank. Got the manufacturer warranty run around right away, told it would have to wait till Monday (big family= weekend without hot water not an option) Andy stepped up and made the executive decision to replace the tank even though he was pretty sure he would get in trouble from his manager for not going through manufacturer. An organization that employs people of this quality can count on my business in the future. +1 faith in humanity.”
