Her in-house work is detailed, careful, and honest. She will always be the first to tell you what makes sense (resizing or fixing a ring), and is the most reasonably priced jeweler I’ve worked with in the area. A good friend of mine desperately reached out to have an anniversary ring fixed before she left for the U.K. (she had less than a week in the country) and Beata prioritized the job without hesitation and with great care. I cannot recommend Eternity enough. I always come in for their Pyrrha pieces (such unique pieces full of meaning). If you haven’t heard of them, they are certainly worth a visit!”

“I had the most amazing experience at Micheal Hill today. A few weeks ago, I snapped the chain on my favourite/most important piece of jewellery. I was devastated, and very frustrated with myself. Today I picked up my chain, and it was flawless. However, being a total idiot, I managed to snap my chain AGAIN, in the same fashion, on the same day. Even more devastated, and completely embarrassed, I returned to Micheal Hill with the intention of sending it out to be repaired.. again. However, to my surprise, the staff at Micheal Hill immediately replaced my chain for me! When I tried to pay them for it, they insisted that it wasn’t necessary.
