I wish they kept the make up a little fuller . They have a big department with lots of empty spaces .I got there and it's,alway a hit or miss hoping to find my items

I ONLY go for the pharmacy services and I have NEVER had a bad experience with them!!Kind, knowledgable, friendly and ALWAYS empathetic and patient!I would refer London Drugs pharmacy to EVERYONE!

I had the pleasure of meeting with one of the store staff, asked her about what I could buy as a Christmas gift for gift exchange at my office. She took the extra step to show me some store items.I selected one of the suggested items. The staff went above and beyond in helping me out. Great service!I went home very happy.

was there a few days ago, hoping to get some help finding a charger for my phone that won’t cost a fortune. $50 for the chord and $30 for the block, (not complaining about the prices just kinda wack for a charger) walked around the electronics section for a good 20 minutes give or take, not even a single hello, smile, eye contact really, had no idea what kind of charger to buy so i prayed for the best and bought it since literally nobody helped me whatsoever. and when i did try to walk up to an employee (that clearly saw me) they would keep walking away?? i work in retail as well, but if my manager saw me or any other employee avoiding customers im pretty sure i wouldn’t have a job. it’s really not that hard to just smile. it wasn’t busy either, i was walking around the rest of the store beforehand. not super mad, just shocked. also shocked that you are required to get the covid vaccine to work there too?? (is that not illegal?) havent heard of that since covid was getting bad in 2021. but still, why force your employees or anybody to get a needle stuck with stuff we don’t know what they put in it. sorry for rambling but enjoy my ted talk lmao

Props to the employee at the photo lab today! Sorry I didn't catch your name (brown hair & beard). I went in with an order from the previous day where some of the photos came out very pixelated. He helped troubleshoot if the issue was on my end or not and I ended up with great pictures. 5 stars for your customer service, much appreciated!The first employee to assist me was dismissive and didn't seem interested in troubleshooting the issue with me at all.

Went the the pharmacy after surgery to fill my prescription, wouldn’t accept my digital insurance and turned me away, only to find out it was just over the counter Tylenol and Advil, Thanks!

I don't mind waiting for the people who were on line before me to be served but it really gets my blood boiling when I've been waiting the pharmacy info/ drop off line and some random guy walks up and gets served immediately while there are us on the other line, with no one- maybe one of you guys over there should co.e and help us. Oh qell, there are three or four Shopper Drug Marts on this town, bye bye London Drugs...
