I was in the store today shopping for clothes when i heard a store employee get absolutely into for no reason. By either a supervisor or manager. This is by far the worst thing i have ever heard and that poor employee did not deserve that. This was a display of poor management and should be looked into.

They had exactly what I wanted. When I went to the till your cashier Muskanpreet was very friendly and even assured me that what I got was on sale as I had looked online and needed snow pants last minute but didn’t have a whole lot of money for them. All in all very happy with my experience

Walked in ready to drop serious money on a winter jacket. Absolutely nothing above a size XXL in women's sizes, when the website states otherwise. I looked for employees to ask for assistance, but they were all too busy with other customers or just walked right by me. Off to Mountain Warehouse I go!

Visited the new store today, the store itself was very nice but the workers were not. The cashier that helped me was very rude and when asked if I wanted to donate to Jumpstart she didn't give me a choice she said "your good you probably don't want to donate to jumpstart" wasn't smiling at all and was just rude in general.
What looked like the cashier manager was giving one of her workers a hard time because she couldn't remember her "cashier number" in front of customers, which was very un professional.

Was looking for shose, found a pair I wanted but ended up being to different sizes in the box ask an employee about it they said they would be back to fix it but they went back to the back they went the long way around to avoid the shoes.. Ended up getting a different pair only to find out later after buying them the colour's on the new par didn't match either. Only good thing about going there was the cashier seemed like she cared. Probably won't be back unless the one in the mall dosent have something. Definitely be recommending people go elsewhere if they can.
Update did the feed back to there website didn't get anything back about it.. review stays the same.

No stock of sale items in common sizes (Shoes, tshirts, jeans). What stock they have is overpriced.Makes it hard to shop local. Will stick with Amazon.

Three ladies help me pick out two pairs of Levi jeans. The main sales clerk greeted me in a very welcoming manner. She also helped me find jeans that actually fit my body. I appreciated the encouraging customer service I received. Cheers to the great service I received last Saturday morning. Merci
