Ty to me over to see the first, let me lay down and jump around, trying it, before taking me to the second. After asking just the right questions and listening attentively to my answers, he gave the suggestions one up and one down in firmness from each of my rirat choices. Giving those each a quick wiggle and flop, too, I went back to my original option. There he left me, at my request, to have a wee nap for 5, switch positions and try another 5. This went on for about an hour. One only buys a mattress every ten years or so unless cause comes along to dictate otherwise. This is a big decision and they knew it. My funds may have been limited, not their road to riches kind of customer. I knew I wasn't a big sale by any stretch of the imagination. Still, they treated me with kindness, respect, understanding and value.

I had been going to go to Jysk, to be honest. I'd seen their flyer. They had what I thought I needed and within my budget. I'd reached out to Levi to get dense foam versus regular mattress advice for my particular needs, is all. It was Levi that said he understood my budget and my needs but he still strongly recommended Sleep Country. Service. Quality. Longevity. Selection.

He wasn't wrong. For all the above reasons, yes, but truly, the three on staff today when I was in there took Levi's call to them and continued with the exemplary service. They were honestly SO kind and TRULY listened, asking questions to make MY life better, easier, more comfortable now AND down the road. They never judged my budget. They never judged my age and the fact that my back today had needs different than my back a decade ago.

I'm just saying ... if you were thinking about going somewhere else, sure, go ahead. Maybe, though, stop in here at Sleep Country first, have a chat, try a few beds and see if their selection, prices, warranty and service can't match your needs AND your budget after all.

PS for anyone wondering, delivery of the new and take away of the old is beyond worth the few dollars they charge.”
