“I cannot express my gratitude sufficiently in words for all that Richard had done for my Mom.She has moved here from Ontario at the age of 95. We were gifted a wheelchair for her by friends; that needed a few modifications for my Mom.Richard came to our home a week ago on a Saturday evening at 6:30pm, not in his regular working hours.He assessed her in the chair and suggested what needed to be done.I dropped the chair off the following Monday expecting there to be a few hundred dollars worth of work to be done.Richard called me 2 days later to inform me it was completed and ready for pickup.When I went to pick it up I was stunned to learn that there was no charge for the modifications.Richard, we have truly been blessed by your kindness towards my Mom.Kudos, Richard and EcoMedical.”
