Michaels is a creative haven and a one-stop shop for craft and art enthusiasts, whether they are beginners or seasoned pros. It offers everything to create anything, with an expansive assortment including popular art supplies, fabric, canvases, yarn, knitting and crochet supplies, frames, floral items, scrapbook materials, beads, jewelry kits, Cricuts, and craft machines. It also allows customers to party plan with ease, offering balloon inflation, party decorations, gift packaging, favors, tableware, and seasonal occasion decor. The store is well-organized and has lots of variety and cool stuff, with a fun seasonal section. The staff are wonderful, helpful, incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, personable, and professional, providing great and amazing customer service with super fast turnaround. However, some prices are fairly high, and certain items can be much more than market price. Still, it is a great store for crafters and some hobbies, with fantastic discounts and promotions regularly. It is a destination highly recommended for anyone who loves to create.
Michaels always has a great selection, but some of the prices are getting absurd. As the only art store in GP, Michaels is good for convenience but a lot of things are cheaper on Amazon.
