Had my truck recently serviced for grid heater and apparently can become a serious problem due to manufacturing flaw but the service advisor was very helpful and gave me excellent advice. And I also want to thank the mechanics that did a really good job on my truck.

Visited the Quick Lube this morning for oil change. No wait, no shenanigans. Tech was knowledgeable and efficient. The advisor was prompt and professional. Can't say I'm surprised, these folks really know how to take care of their customers, big or small. I will be back.
