“The website was easy to navigate, and the customer service was excellent. The staff were both knowledgeable and helpful throughout the process. My only recommendation would be to have additional staff available, as there was only one team member handling both pick-ups and drop-offs. Because each customer received personalized attention, wait times were a bit longer. Overall, I would definitely use this location again and highly recommend it to others”
“This past October, we showed up late in the day looking for a trailer to haul a Facebook Marketplace item we purchased and were driving back to the High Level area. The woman working there was super friendly (I wish I remembered her name!), she came out and measured the inside of the trailer to ensure I had the right size, got me blankets and dispensed advice about how to haul our item and we were in and out in less than 20 minutes. For a long road trip there and back, the quick turnaround and stress-free experience was very much appreciated!!”

I don't have to call and fight to put it under warranty. My truck broke down multiple times over the years and I just called him up they get it in fixed it out as soon as possible which is awesome”
