“Been "google doctoring" myself for 2 days and finally decided I need to go to a clinic cause I have every symptom of strep throat!...which i have never had before.Stopped in at my family doctor but no walkins and he couldn't see me for 7 days!! I then went to numerous walk-ins but they had 40+ person lineups everywhere!! A pharmacist at shoppers told me about this place...VALUE DRUG MART IS AMAZING!! In and out within 20 minutes, pharmacist tested me for strep and (surprise I do have it!)...hooked me up with meds in no time and saved me the misery of 24+ hours waiting at a walk-in or just going home to "self-medicate" and try to burn it out with some liquid fire lol.Wonderful place and people, thank you for helping me when no one else could/would!A++++++++ Service”

Every other pharmacy in town told me it would take days, even weeks to get my compound prepared, but this was the only pharmacy in Grande Prairie that had it ready the same day!! “Each person’s experience is unique and valid. While I understand many of the reasons for “1 star” ratings, I myself have had a “5 star” experience. I have been going here monthly for years and had wonderful service. It is a crazy busy pharmacy, so I don’t expect not to wait. However, I use the automated refill service over the phone; this always results in a quick pick up.”

“I have a non-visible disability which makes communication difficult at times but the employees at Co-op pharmacy have never treated me unkindly and have always been patient with me when I come to get my refills. One time they gave me less medication(the wrong amount of tablets) than was stated on the bottle but that was only once over about 5 or 6 years of going there every month, and they made it right after I told them about it. I would highly recommend this pharmacy to anyone.”
