After shopping around town for new boots, the customer service at this location hands down made this purchase an easy decision. My husband and I both got new boots. The store is clean and organized. The customer service was exceptional.

Had a couple hiccups with the sizing of my boots I purchased from Quarks and I phoned the store to see what they could do. From the 1st conversation to the last Megan was super attentive and helpful with resolving the issue. Thank you all for your help and wonderful service!
